recipe of Jjapaguri/chapaguri(Ram-don)
today, I'm going to make the ramen called Jjapaguri/Chapaguri(Ram-don).
these days, it's very famous ramen
so I'm going to show and share you how to make Jjapaguri/Chapaguri(Ram-don).
it's very easy to cook not difficult.
let's start it.
step 1. preparation
We only need Chapagetti, Neoguri ramen and kitchen tools(pot and tongs)
open rhe poket of ramens and check out vegetable mix, soup base and olive oli.
Jjapagetti - vegetable mix, base soup and olive oli.
neoguri - vegetable mix and base soup.
step 2 boiling water
put the pot on the stove and boil water.
amounts of water is not important because it drains after boiling noodle.
so we just need amounts of water that being socked noolde enough.
and when boiling water, throw noodle in the pot until it stops being a cracker.
step 3 cooking
cook for 3 ~4 minutes and occationally do like this for good taste.
step 4 throw vegetable mix
throw two vegetable mix(jjapagetti& neoguri) and wait only a minute.
step 5 drains the ramen
drains the ramen with holding a ramen to prevent loosing vegetable mix and noodle.
step 6 throw soup base
throw all soup base of Jjapagetti and half soup base of Neoguri.
if you love salty food, throw more soup base of Neofuri. (but I don't recommand it.)
step7 stirring
Stir noodle and soup base until stir well with tongs.
step 8 food time
done it! enjoy Jjapaguri/chapaguri.
(optional) put steak and eat them.
